Welcome to our Terms of Service. We are a professional manufacturer and OEM/ODM supplier specializing in high-quality pet supplies. By engaging with our services, requesting quotes, or placing orders, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We provide comprehensive product development and manufacturing services for pet brands, including travel gear, apparel, plush toys, carriers, and beds. Our services cover:

• Design Customization: From initial sketches and structural pattern design to prototyping and final product realization.
• Private Branding: Custom labels, woven tags, embroidered logos, and bespoke packaging solutions tailored to your brand identity.
• Material Engineering: Sourcing and selection of specialized fabrics focused on comfort, durability, and safety.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any custom designs, logos, or specifications provided to us do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

As a large-volume manufacturer, all orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). MOQs vary depending on the product category, materials used, and the level of customization required. Specific MOQs will be clearly detailed in your official quotation.

Prices are quoted based on current material costs, labor, and exchange rates. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future orders if significant market fluctuations occur. All quotations are valid only for the period stated on the official quote document.

We pride ourselves on our 100% quality focus and industry-proven reliability. Our production process includes rigorous quality control at various stages, from raw material inspection to final mass production checks and safety certifications.

Pre-production samples are provided for client approval prior to mass manufacturing. Once a sample is officially approved, mass production will be executed to match the approved sample's specifications and quality standards.

We offer turnkey solutions including final inspection, customs clearance assistance, and global shipping coordination. Delivery terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) will be agreed upon during the order confirmation phase.

While we strive to meet all estimated production and delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs inspections, global supply chain disruptions, or third-party logistics providers.

We highly respect the intellectual property of our partners. Any proprietary designs, blueprints, trade secrets, or branding materials provided by the client remain the sole property of the client.

We commit to strict confidentiality and will not share, sell, or reproduce your custom designs for other clients or our own purposes without explicit written permission. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request before project commencement.
